Many websites have typed Cersei as an ESFJ. But she lacks extraversion and lacks empathy for others. Some might say she's an example of Extraverted Feeling (Fe) gone wrong, but she's a great example of inferior Fe, which would make her either an INTP or an ISTP. She's way too raw and physical to be an INTP. All of her quotes about loving others are in the negative:
